STEP 1 : prepayment DEPOSIT

  • Let me explain our company's system.
  • If you give us a deposit, we can find and purchase the vehicle you want.
  • Send a $500 deposit to Our company is bank account and decide on your bidding price with the sales manager.
  • Fill out the consignee´s information completely to generate the Proforma Invoice.
  • If you don't win the auction this $500 deposit remains in your account and can be used for the next auction. The reason for deposit is to cover penalties we would incur from auction houses it if the vehicle is successfully beat on but the payment isn't completed.

STEP 2 : SEARCH & ORDER

  • We can find your desired vehicle at used car auction houses and sites such as Encar and Heydealer.
  • Search and order exact car you want to purchase through consultation with us.
  • Choose your vehicle and send the Ref. Number or Auction number of the vehicle.
  • A proforma invoice will then be sent to you.

STEP 3 : balance payment

  • Deposit the balance within three days if we purchase your vehicle or win an auction.

STEP 4 : SHIPMENT

  • As soon as payment is confirmed, we book space for your car on a shipping vessel.
  • Once this is done, a Booking Notice E-mail will be sent to notify you.

STEP 5 : CONFIRM THE DOCUMENT

  • After a week of the departure of the vessel, the shipping company will issue the bil of lading “B/L”. Check the Draft B/L carefully.
  • Once the customer confirms the B/L and other shipping document, SENA will send original document by air express.

STEP 6 : CHECK THE TRACKING NUMBER

STEP 7 : CUSTOM CLEARANCE AND PICK UP

  • To import the car to your country, please consult with your local agent.

Used vehicles are not perfect. It may have small scratches and dents that are minor problems, which may not be visible in photos. You should also consider that some used parts as tires may be worn and will need to be changed after 1 to 2 years of use.
